Olympic Movement Breaks

Our school took part in the Olympic Movement Break challenge throughout November and December. Each class was asked to complete an Olympic-style movement break every day for 4 weeks.

Movement breaks are a great way to reset our brains after long sedentary periods where we are writing/reading etc. Throughout the 4 weeks, we explored the skills of running, power-lifting, swimming, boxing and so much more! We did this all within the space of our classrooms.
